500 M.A. Thesis

Prerequisite: Permission of the Program Director of the M.A. program. The M.A. Thesis is a student-directed study conducted in consultation with an approved faculty member in any theoretical, methodological, or applied psychological area relevant to the curriculum. The research culminates in the completion of a scholarly paper of publishable quality in accordance with Adler School guidelines and American Psychological Association standards. A thesis may be required for credentialing in some jurisdictions. Students should check credentialing requirements where they intend to practice to determine whether they need this course. (3 credits)
