589 M.A. Practicum Seminar in Organizational Psychology II: Business

Prerequisite: Concurrent with 590. Using a peer consultation model, Practicum Seminar provides students engaged in practicum training with an opportunity to discuss professional development and the supervision experience. Specific cases students are working on in practica are discussed to illustrate general principles of organizational psychology and related business concepts. The focus is on the development of knowledge, skills, values needed to provide competent and ethical counseling, consultation and business practices. (1 credit)
