624 Assessment III: Integrative Assessment

Prerequisites: 627, 628. In this course students will become proficient in writing professional psychological reports integrating multiple facets of assessment data. The course will teach students to effectively organize data, understand the impact of personal bias and sociocultural factors in interpretation of assessment findings, and focus on the individuality of the client's strengths and weaknesses while communicating results in response to a specific question. The development of effective treatment recommendations based on assessment findings will be another focus of the course. May not be transferred or waived. (3 credits)
