684 Systemic Interventions with Children& Adolescents

Prerequisites: 338, 644. This course will focus on systemic interventions in addressing the needs of traumatized& disadvantaged children. Areas of emphasis will include trauma and children, behavioral and learning problems associated with conditions of disadvantage and traumatizing environments, diversity issues, advocacy, negotiating social service and educational systems that deal with children.
