Training Committee

The Training Committee (TC) is responsible for monitoring students' progress in the core competencies identified by their program. The TC focuses on review and remediation of student performance, and was formed to provide mentoring, support, and advisement to students as they navigate the training requirements in their program curriculum. The committee also reviews training related policy and procedures at the Adler School and provides feedback to the Director of Training and Community Service. Training sites that are problematic or have been identified as such by Adler School students (based on site evaluations) are also reviewed by this committee. The TC meets bi-weekly and includes the Director of Training and Community Service (Chairperson), three to four faculty members, and the administrative assistant to the Department of Training and Community Service.
