Please join us to learn about practical tools and approaches in the journey of healing trauma in individuals, families, organizations and communities. Each day there is a different focus:
- Monday, April 22, 2013: 1:00 - 4:30 p.m., Introduction to The Sanctuary Model®
- Tuesday, April 23, 2013: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Introduction to the Art of Hosting Conversations that Matter around Healing Trauma.
TheSanctuary Model® is a theory-based, trauma-informed, evidence-supported, whole culture approach that has a clear and structured methodology for creating or changing an organizational culture. The Sanctuary Model® principles and theory of change have application for individuals and organizations interested in trauma-informed practice and promoting healing and wellness.
Nancy Fritsche Eagan of People Potential will provide an overview of the Sanctuary Model® and share some of her experiences in using the practical tools and approaches offered with this comprehensive program and system change model.
