9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Chicago Campus, Community Hall
The focus of the symposium is to examine women’s health issues arising from the experience of gender-based violence. This symposium will allow graduate students an opportunity to present scholarly information in a professional setting and engage in conversations with colleagues about empirical research. We hope this conference will ignite challenging and thoughtful dialogue about the psychological, emotional, social, physical, and spiritual impact of gender-based violence on individuals in our community.
Chicagoland area students and colleagues in the community are welcome to attend. Mental health providers licensed in Illinois are eligible to receive 1.0 CEUs for a minimal processing fee, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for additional details.
This is hosted by Adler School of Professional Psychology and the Adler School’s Traumatic Stress Psychology Student Association.
