Conference Room Usage Policy

The Sol and Elaine Mosak Library Conference Room is available for use by Adler School faculty, staff and students for meetings, group projects, audiovisual viewing and videotaping. The room may be scheduled only during regular service hours on days the Library is open. Regular events (e.g., weekly meetings) should be scheduled well in advance to ensure booking. Group projects take priority. Groups may reserve the room for up to two hours. Individuals may reserve a room for up to one hour. An extension for an additional hour is possible if no one is waiting. The conference room may be reserved in person or by phone.
