 | You can follow several links to access your e-mail account. Go to the Adler School's web site, www.adler.edu, and click on the "Global Login" button near the top right corner. The URL for the Global Login page is www.adler.edu/library/GlobalLogin.asp. The global login is designed to give students, faculty, and staff easy access to e-mail and other online resources. |

| Do I have to check my e-mail account? |
| We prefer that you check your e-mail account periodically, as new and important announcements are made. If you have your Adler School e-mail forwarded to a personal e-mail account, we still prefer that you check your Adler School e-mail account and clean it out regularly. If your School e-mail becomes cluttered, e-mails will stop coming in. |

| Why is my e-mail not forwarding to my personal e-mail address? |
| There are two reasons why your e-mail may not forward to your personal e-mail account. If there is an error in your forwarding rule, your e-mail will not forward correctly. The other reason might be a network issue with your Adler School e-mail account. In this case, you should contact us and we will correct the error on our network.

| How do I change my e-mail password?
|
| When you are logged into your e-mail account, click on “Settings” at the top right part of the screen then go into the “Accounts” tabs and select “Change Password”. You can also send us an e-mail request at HELPDESK@adler.edu and we will send you instructions. |

| How can I find out what my Moodle password and username is? |
| When you go to adler.mrooms.org you will see a "forgot my password" link. Go there and type in your e-mail address, and your username and password will be e-mailed to you. |

| Moodle is accessible from any location as long as there is an Internet connection and a supported Web browser, such as Internet Explorer or Firefox. |
