• Take I-190 East to downtown Chicago area (Loop)
• Kennedy Expressway East /I-90 E (13.9 mi.)
• Take ext 51E towards E. Monroe St. (.1 mi.)
• Turn left on W. Monroe St. (.9 mi.)

Parking

The Adler School does not have on-site parking. However, there are commercial parking garages close to campus that offer discounted parking with validation. Simply ask our reception desk for a parking validation card when you visit, and they will provide it for you.

Public Transportation

Train Lines: Chicago has a well-developed public transportation system including buses and the famous CTA "L" lines that are both underground subways and elevated trains. Rail fares are $2.25 each way for fare cards purchased at rail stations.

• Orange Line (from Midway airport) / Green / Brown / Purple Lines: Exit at Washington/Wells. Walk 3 blocks east to Dearborn, and make a right. The school will be on the left.
• Blue Line (from O’Hare airport): Exit at Washington. Walk to south to the Adler School at 17 N. Dearborn.
• Red Line: Exit at Lake. Walk south approximately 1 block to Washington and make a right. Walk one block west to Dearborn, make a left. The Adler School will be on your left.

Bus Routes: There are several bus routes that stop within a short walking distance to the school. Visit this website for more information. The bus fare is $2.25 if you pay cash (buses do not carry change) or $2.00 each way using fare cards purchased at rail stations.

Visitor Passes

If you plan on spending your time exploring Chicago after your Adler visit, you can save money by purchasing a visitor pass from the CTA. Passes are activated on the first use, and allow unlimited rides for the specified time. For example, a 1 day pass costs $5.75 and is good for unlimited rides for 24 hours upon activation. Visitor passes are available at Currency Exchanges, select Walgreens, Jewel, and Dominick’s, and online at the CTA website (allow time for order processing and mailing).
