Collections, Chicago Campus

In Chicago, the Harold and Birdie Mosak Library’s on-site collection comprises.approximately 10,000 circulating books, more than 115 journal subscriptions, and more than 350 instructional audiovisual materials. As members of the statewide I-Share consortium, the Chicago Campus community also has access to the resources of partner libraries in Illinois

Additionally, the Library subscribes to a growing collection of online resources, including more than full-text electronic journals, electronic books, and full-text collections of newspapers. Search or browse full-text titles online using the A-Z List of Resources.

The Harold and Birdie Mosak Library is home to the Adlerian Archives, which preserve the collective memory of individual psychology through primary and secondary sources on Harold Mosak and Rudolf Dreikurs, founders of the Adler School. In addition, the Library houses copies of all doctoral dissertations and master’s theses for graduates of the Adler School, documentation on Community Services Internship and Practicum placement sites, and current editions of psychological testing materials.

Vancouver Campus

In Vancouver, Library resources are primarily digital, with an on-site study collection of key texts that supplements online access to a wealth of full-text electronic databases, books, journals, and newspapers.

The Library is proud to offer access to RefWorks, an online research management, writing, and collaboration tool.
