Sarah Moses

Sarah Moses is currently a Psy.D. student in the Clinical Psychology program at Adler University. Sarah is a member of the North American Society of Adlerian Psychology and the Positive Discipline Association. She is a certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator and a Certified Positive Discipline Classroom Educator.

Sarah earned her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Texas at Austin. She began her career as a high school Social Studies teacher in Texas and taught a wide range of courses including Psychology and Advanced Placement Psychology for over 8 years. During her time as a teacher, she received recognition as Commended Teacher of the Humanities from Humanities Texas, was a faculty advisor for Teach for America, a mentor teacher for new teachers in the Houston Independent School District, and served as Department Chairperson. Sarah returned to Chicago and pursued her Master’s degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology with a Family Systems focus from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

Along with her doctoral studies, Sarah’s work with the Center utilizes her background in education through providing oversight to formalizing curriculum in Adlerian Psychology on a range of core tenets.
