Faculty Fellow, Institute on Social Exclusion
I strive to create an environment in which relevant knowledge can be shared, students feel safe exploring ideas with others, and mutual respect among class participants is readily discernible. I focus on encouraging students to develop the strong critical thinking skills required to analyze complex issues, acquire habits needed to become competent and socially responsible practitioners, pursue avenues of collaboration with others, and expand their commitment to social justice.
Teaching at the Adler School affords me the opportunity to apply my interests in law, psychology, and social justice to real-world circumstances through a variety of research, awareness, and outreach programming.
