Institute on Social Exclusion Joins Chicago Community Trust in Hosting City-Wide 'On The Table' Conversations
05.05.15

On Tuesday, May 12, Adler's Institute on Social Exclusion will host an On the Table conversation with community and business leaders, policymakers, public officials, and leaders in foundations, public health and mental health from across metropolitan Chicago.

The discussion will focus on the ways in which we—as individuals and as a collective—can make Chicago communities stronger, safer and more dynamic through philanthropy and volunteerism. Adler’s event will be one of thousands that The Chicago Community Trust is assembling across the region to put real issues and solutions "on the table" and share commitments toward socially-just community-building.

As part of The Chicago Community Trust's 100th anniversary celebration, "On the Table" begins a yearlong campaign to celebrate everyday philanthropists and spark a movement to make Chicago the most philanthropic city in the nation.
