Michele Kerulis, Ed.D., LCPC, CC-AASP, Program Director of the Adler School Counseling Psychology, Sport and Health Psychology Specialization Program, was interviewed on “Food Addictions, Food Cravings, and Healthy Eating” for an Everything Healthy TV live-stream event.  

Dr. Kerulis, a Certified Consultant, Association of Applied Sport Psychology, and President Elect of the Illinois Counseling Association, also gave tips on combatting food cravings. She directed viewers to "The Socially Responsible Practitioner," the Adler School blog, for more tips and information on healthy eating.
