The Vancouver Sun interviewed Michael Mandrusiak, Psy.D. about the benefits of adult play, like coloring books, slip-n-slides, and team-based puzzle games.

Dr. Mandrusiak is a registered psychologist and director of training and community engagement Adler University's Vancouver Campus.
