Women's Forum Publishes Dr. Kerulis's Mental Toughness Training Tips for Marathoners

Women's Forum published a set of training tips by Michele Kerulis, Ed.D., for developing mental toughness in marathoners.

Her tips include setting SMART goals; planning a strategy to overcome setbacks; visualizing success; and more.

Dr. Kerulis is a licensed clinical professional counselor and certified sport psychology consultant. She is also program director of Adler University's counseling specialization in sport and health psychology.
