Goals of the Student Affairs
- To complement and support the mission of the Adler School by creating opportunities that enrich the lives and benefit the career development of students.
- To assist students in developing leadership skills; to develop responsibility, involvement and accountability among student leaders; and to inform students of Adler School's services, policies and procedures.
- To determine the needs of students and encourage the development of internal systems and worthwhile programs to meet those needs.
- To answer questions, provide direction and resolve problems brought to our attention by all members of the Adler School community.
- To support programs for educating students on the importance of diversity and offerings that celebrate cultural, gender and ethnic uniqueness.
- To respond fairly, firmly and consistently to student issues, and to communicate professional expectations and disciplinary policies and procedures.
- To contribute to educational programming for a diverse student body and to encourage involvement of students, faculty and staff with regard to co-curricular experiences.
