Payment Options
Adler School provides a variety of options for payment of student accounts. Third-party payment, student loans, and payment plans are all available. The School accepts checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. For more information regarding making payment or arrangements for payment of your student account, contact the Office of Student Finance at studentservices@adler.edu.
Payment Plans
Adler School offers flexible payment plans to help degree-seeking students manage their educational expenses. Please contact the Office of Student Finance at the applicable campus to discuss the requirements of each.
Third Party or Sponsored Bill Payment
Students who have employer-sponsored or other third party bill payment opportunities may contact the Office of Student Finance to make arrangements for student account payment.
Master of Arts in Police Psychology (MAP) Billing
Students enrolled in the Master of Arts in Police Psychology program are eligible to receive tuition reimbursement from the city of Chicago. MAP students are also eligible to receive an extension of their payment due date. For more information regarding third-party billing procedures, contact the Office of Student Finance.
Tuition Refund Policy
Students who have officially withdrawn from the School or specific courses may receive a tuition refund. Refunds will be based upon the total charge incurred rather than the amount paid by the student. The percentage of tuition refunded, excluding the nonrefundable tuition deposit and all other fees, is determined in accordance with the following schedules:
Chicago:
Semester (15 Week Term) Refund Schedule:
First week of the term: 100%
Second week of the Term: 50%
After the second week of the term: 0%
Vancouver:
Semester - 15 Week Term) Refund Schedule:
Prior to first day of term: 100%
After first day of Semester:
- More than 30 days before start of the course: 90%
- Less than 30 days before the start of the course: 80%
- Once the course begins: 0%
