Vancouver Graduate Shares Advice on Interpreting Dreams in Global News

Ailey Jolie, M.A. ’18, is a clinical trauma therapist based in Vancouver. Jolie, who graduated from the Vancouver Campus Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program, recently shared recommendations on how to keep track of dreams and make purposeful meanings out of them through journaling, yoga, and meditation.
