2023 Annual Report highlights Adler’s strategic plan, impact through community partnerships

Adler University, propelled by its commitment to social justice, unveils its impactful strides in this year’s annual report. It underscores the transformative work of Adlerians and the University’s partnerships, both of which are addressing inequities and exemplify Adler’s unwavering commitment to social justice.

Image of Annual Report 2023 coverKey successes featured include the allocation of $6 million in scholarships, providing over 530,000 direct service hours to communities, and fostering partnerships with 1,435 organizations striving for community transformation.

“Reflecting on this past year, I am inspired by the impact of our work,” said President Raymond E. Crossman, Ph.D., in his letter from the president message. “As Adlerians, we work to create social change and to address inequity. I am grateful for the continued contributions of the Adler community and how, collectively, we are advancing our mission through education and engagement.”

The report highlights the work of the University’s students, staff, and faculty through expanding access to mental health services, assisting refugee families, creating programs for low-income residents, and supporting youth in foster care.

Other noteworthy achievements highlighted in the report encompass the expansion of the alum council, the development of the 2023-2026 strategic plan, and the historic introduction of tenure – which will now be offered for the first time at the University.
