Dona A. McCullough serves as Vice President of People & Culture for Adler University’s three campus system. With 18 years’ experience in Human Resource Management and Organizational Effectiveness, Dona is responsible for identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals and programs, as well as consulting senior leadership on talent management best practices. This work promotes and supports a high performing and producing culture rooted in Adler’s mission and values. Dona’s professional experience demonstrates industry-diversity spanning not for profit, commuter rail, legal, manufacturing and distribution, and healthcare.
Dona’s investment in the development and progression of others is evident well beyond her professional work. For the past 10-years, she has served as an adjunct faculty member teaching both business and communications courses and has also served as a Board Director with several organizations including Deborah’s Place, The nYellow Project, One Giving Tree (NWI), and Families Helping Our Future.
Dona completed her both her B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies and M.A. in Communications & Training with Governors State University, and received her M.B.A. from National Louis University.
