Felicia Elliott is the Administrative Assistant at the Center for Diversity and Inclusion at Adler University. Felicia supports the Vice President for Diversity and Inclusion in administrative tasks, including scheduling and research projects focused on incorporating various diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Felicia has over 12 years of experience in the field of education, including teaching various subjects in primary, middle, and secondary schools. In addition, she has developed training and development programming for youth, licensed teachers, and adult learners. Felicia’s academic background includes an associate degree from Prairie State College, a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, with minors in communications and anthropology, and a master’s degree in Training and Development. During her free time, Felicia likes horseback riding, reading, and writing short stories and novels.
