Melissa Moore is a Program Manager at the Center for Diversity and Inclusion at Adler University. In this role, Melissa supports the Center functions such as program coordination, training logistics, Diversity and Inclusion committee support, and student outreach. She also supports the Vice President for Diversity and Inclusion in executing diversity and inclusion strategic campus-specific initiatives.

Before joining the Center, Melissa worked in the Office for Multicultural Affairs as a Latinx Student Services Coordinator at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and served as an AmeriCorps VISTA volunteer at Cabrini University and the Norristown school district where she coordinated three after-school mentoring programs. Melissa’s academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Michigan State University and a master’s degree in Student Affairs Administration from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys exploring the outdoors, reading, and playing Loteria (Mexican bingo) with close family.
