Chicago | Staff Psychologist | Coordinator of Primary Care Services Program | Adler Community Health Services
My academic and professional interests are psychotherapy and community health outcomes. For nearly 10 years I have been adjunct faculty in the Psy.D. program at Adler University. As a Staff Psychologist at ACHS, I work with doctoral psychology interns and externs in a supervisory capacity as they provide team-based clinical services in primary care clinics, school-based programs, community mental health agencies, and forensic/correctional settings. I currently serve as the ACHS trauma specialist and oversee the outcomes assessment process.
As Coordinator of Primary Care Services, I focus on the implementation and evaluation of all clinical services provided by interns and externs. I collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership at primary care partner organizations on all aspects of service delivery to promote continuous improvement.
In addition to my work with Adler Community Health Services, I operate a private practice where I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, substance abuse problems, and mens’ issues. My treatment approach for depression and anxiety incorporates methods of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Relational Therapy.
