Dr. Irvine is a practicing clinical psychologist for the past two years with substantial experience in providing community-based mental health and trauma-informed care to under-resourced populations living with substance use disorders such as Opioid Use Disorder, diagnostic co-occurrences of serious and persistent mental illness, posttraumatic stress disorder and complex trauma, incarceration and community re-integration programs, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and personality disorders. Dr. Irvine has provided clinical supervision and training to master and doctoral level practicum and internship students and currently leads the training team at Thresholds.
