Overview
I am a Clinical Psychologist, specializing in working with those impacted by trauma, substance use and life transitions. My previous experience working in forensic settings has influenced my understanding of social, cultural, economic and political stressors and their profound effect on individual well-being. In addition to my forensic work, my prior experience includes providing both psychotherapy and psychological assessment services within primary care clinics, inpatient hospital settings and community mental health clinics. I am and Adler University graduate, having received both my MA and doctoral degrees at Adler. In addition to my work with ACHS, I presently work in a group practice, providing therapy and psychological assessment services. In my work at Adler Community Health Services, I supervise students in the provision of mental health services to historically underserved communities; with a focus on formerly incarcerated communities. My experience working within community, correctional and health systems informs my ability to aid trainees in navigating multidisciplinary collaboration.
