Dr. Grant is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Faculty, and Site Supervisor for Adler Community Health Services. She completed her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. Her clinical specialties include working with adolescents, young adults, marginalized populations, and women, providing trauma-informed care, and offering psychological assessments to youth. Dr. Grant’s current research interests are how racism and the media interact, as well as identity development in the African American communityShe completed her postdoctoral residency at the San Diego Center for Children in the Residential Assessment Department, where she honed her child and adolescent psychodiagnostic testing and therapy skills. She completed her internship with ACHS-Division of Teen Wellness and Opportunity while it was previously the Juvenile Justice Division. She also provided services at Youth Outreach Services, After School Matters and The Chicago High School for the Arts. She is certified in Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule-2 and Trauma-Focused-CBT.
