As trained practitioners, we are familiar assessing and supporting our clients who may have disabilities. What happens when we are the ones with disabilities? Art therapist Bri Beck shares her experience identifying both as a disabled person and art therapist. Bri believes her disability has served to strengthen and support her clients, and describes her approaches to the attitudinal and physical barriers she has encountered in the process.
