It is easy to hear, “this is the most important election of your lifetime” and roll your eyes but if 2020 has shown us anything, it’s the critical urgency of participating in the electoral process and then continuing to keep our elected officials accountable on the issues that matter most to us.
And as the Tuesday, November 3 election date gets closer, with the pandemic and voter suppression at play, it is confusing to know what our voting options exactly are.
In this Common Hour, you will be supplied with a summary of your voting options for the national election, how to share and promote the importance of voting, and what civics means beyond stepping into the voting booth every four years.
