Do You Have an Interest in Research and Publication?

Please join us for an enlightening conversation with Couple and Family Therapy Department Chair, Kristina Brown Ph.D., LMFT, as she shares information on how to develop your research and publication skillset as a future therapist.

Dr. Brown has a deep history of research and publication, having presented at over 50 regional, national, and international conferences where she’s delivered over 80 units of continuing education. These include the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), Illinois Affiliation of Marriage and Family Therapists (IAMFT), Collaborative Family Healthcare Association (CFHA), Qualitative Research in Mental Health, and the Society for Sex Therapy and Research (SSTAR).

Dr. Brown is also the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Feminist Family Therapy and Editor of the new AAMFT Systemic Ethics Textbook (anticipated release in spring 2024) and is a frequent donator as a quiltmaker to Project Linus.

Don’t miss this great opportunity to learn more about how our faculty supports the professional development of our students.
