My goals are to foster the ways in which positive development can be achieved for youths and adults, particularly those from underserved communities and those who may be at-risk of involvement in, or have had prior contact with, the justice system. With my background in developmental psychology and criminal justice, I love using my position at Adler to assist RJ Hubs in offering programs and services to best serve participants and enhance and empower local communities.
My interests include violence prevention, risk and protective factors, human development, evidence-based interventions for addressing trauma, program evaluation.
