Overview

Overview

Serving within the Insititute of Public Safety and Social Justice as the Co-lead for the Youth Advisory Board brings me great joy. The Youth Advisory Board brings together youth leaders, who have been impacted by the Justice system, to engage in critical dialogue, build community, and strategize for a more just future.

I hold a master’s in social work planning and administration and am also a doctoral student in the Industrial and Organizational program at Adler University. I have partnered with organizations on Chicago’s west and south sides in strengthening organizational goals, navigating change management, and providing group facilitation within a Restorative Justice and Executive Skills lens. These experiences have increased my research interest in exploring the key strategies and organizational characteristics that enable organizations to recover from crises and achieve sustainability. When I am away from class, I can be found raising two kiddos, reading, or at a yoga class.

Please email me if you would like to collaborate or have any questions.
