As an agent of change and alumna of the Masters of Industrial & Organizational Psychology program, and current doctoral student I engage within every reachable facet of the Adler University community to produce an academic experience that has activated essential core values of social interest, collectivism, equity, and human progress. While my academic footprint spans from strategic communication, human resources management, and IO psychology, my social interest reach pushes forward solutions to address inequities within structural systems of the workplace based on marginalization. My work centers on creating thriving working and learning environments where everyone has a vested interest in redefining belonging from a social justice framework.
As a student, I continue to support the Center for Diversity and Inclusion, the Center for Civic Learning and Community Action, the Center for Adlerian Scholarship and Practice, and the Department of Student Experience and Academic Advising.
