Dr. Brown specializes clinically in couples and families, LGBTQ couples and families, medical family therapy (specifically endometriosis and chronic illness in general), infidelity and divorce. Her research areas of interest include #metoo, women’s health (including endometriosis), suicide, infidelity, women/gender issues, body modification, and families with children with special needs.
