Adler University Campus for Online Programs Debuts New Name

Adler University’s campus for fully online degree programs announces a new name today as the Adler University Online Campus.

Launched last September as the Global Campus, the growing Online Campus offers online master’s degree programs in criminology and criminal justice, emergency leadership management, industrial and organizational psychology, media and communications, nonprofit management, and military psychology—all uniquely embedded with Adler’s focus on socially responsible practice and positive social change.

“In the six months since we launched, we’ve identified a wide range of perceptions among prospective students about what the term ‘global campus’ means,” said Greta Ferkel, Executive Dean. “Our new campus name, Adler University Online Campus, immediately and directly describes what we offer: online programs.”

Adler established the campus in fall 2015 to bring together all of its 100% online programs under one virtual campus, and expand the University’s model for degree programs embedded with training and education for socially responsible practice.

Through the campus, teaching, learning, assessment, interaction, and student support all take place online—on flexible schedules, attracting working professionals and students throughout the United States and abroad.  New program cohorts begin throughout the year.
