Responds to COVID-19

A Message to Future Adler University Students

We hope that you and your family are staying safe and healthy during these turbulent times.

Adler University's highest priority is the health and well-being of our community. We have moved all classes on our Chicago and Vancouver campuses to a virtual environment through August 23, which is the end of the summer term. Social distancing is our responsibility to help protect the most vulnerable among us. By extending virtual instruction and encouraging teams to work from home, we are doing our part to slow the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.

We are acutely aware and sympathetic to the residual effect that federal, state and county guidelines regarding social distancing are having on our future students, their families and loved ones. As you consider your future plans, we would like to highlight the flexibility and support that we are providing prospective students during these challenging times:

  • Application fees for all campuses are being waived through April 26.
  • We are providing virtual advising sessions for students who would like to speak to an admissions counselor.
  • Applicants are encouraged to experience the Chicago and Vancouver campuses through our virtual tours.
  • We are providing flexibility for applicants who are unable to complete their GRE requirement as a result of test centers closing. We are reviewing applications holistically for admission on a case-by-case basis.
  • On an individual basis we are providing hardship waivers on tuition deposits for students who would like to enroll in our upcoming sessions.

We are committed to supporting you and your educational goals. Although our staff and faculty are not physically on campus during this time, we are all fully available for phone calls and virtual meetings. Please reach out to your admissions advisor or admissions@adler.edu to learn more or to speak with someone about your specific situation.

With Adler University’s long history of campuses in two countries and our vast experience in virtual education, we are confident that we can deliver the high-quality education required for our students to become the next generation of social change agents.
