Adler University has partnered with Lookout Housing and Health Society to provide community-focused mental health services in New West and Vancouver. The program, part of Adler Community Health Services, aims to help those experiencing extreme poverty and homelessness. Adler University students will provide individual therapy, group therapy, psychological assessments, and more.

“In contrast to many clinical training programs, where mental health services are offered on a university campus, we offer services directly in the communities where underserved populations live,” said Bradley O’Hara, Executive Dean of the Vancouver Campus. “By working within communities, our students gain valuable insight into the surrounding social conditions that affect mental health so they can better serve guests.”
