Adler University Online Campus student Marshall “Muddy” Boyle was featured on Fox-32 News in Chicago for his role with Guitars for Vets. A Marine veteran, Boyle participated in the nonprofit program, which provides one-on-one lessons to veterans to help heal Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and prevent suicide.

"If you're struggling with mental health, PTSD, suicide, self-medicating, when you have that light, when you have hope, when you have music, you can go anywhere,” said Boyle, now a student in the Master of Public Administration program with an emphasis is Military & Veteran services. The emphasis focuses on how graduates can be socially responsible practitioners through engaging the military and veteran’s communities.
