Clinical counselor Alyson Jones, M.A. ’96, was featured on CTV Morning Live in a segment called “How to Resolve Family Conflict.” Jones discussed when and how family conflict can be constructive, what can make it destructive, and how to set up family meetings that help prepare kids for conflict in the real world.

“Every family is going to have conflict in it, and part of the reason for that is because the people we love and care about are going to evoke the strongest emotions from us," Jones said.

Jones is a graduate of the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program in Vancouver.
