Vancouver Student’s Self-Care Tips Featured in BC Association of Clinical Counsellors Magazine

Esha Chakraborti, a Vancouver Campus graduate of the Master of Counselling Psychology program and current student in the Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) program, wrote an article that was featured in the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors’ Insights Magazine.

Chakraborti, who is the founder of Vancouver-based Relief Counselling, discussed the importance of preparing for planned or unplanned breaks from private practice work. “Ask yourself this: What are you doing to take care of your emotional needs?” Chakraborti said. “Do you have a plan for yourself and your business if you need time for a family problem, terminal illness, or critical situation? You owe it to yourself to give it some thought.”
