Regalia

ORDER CAPS, GOWNS & HOODS BY AUGUST 10

Each graduate must order their complimentary regalia directly through Jostens. Order your regalia through Jostens by August 10. 

Orders will be shipped to the shipping address you provide when ordering.

The University purchases regalia for each student to wear and keep, including the required gown, cap, tassel, and hood at no additional charge to the student.

GUIDANCE NAVIGATING THE JOSTENS WEBSITE

• When on the Jostens regalia link, scroll past the “Welcome future grads!” message to find the masters and doctoral regalia options.
• If you’re unsure of what Colour hood to select,  review Adler Chicago & Online hood colors by program  
• For selecting hoods if you have Counselling dual degrees note that you will only be hooded once. You must only select one program from the drop-down menu. Some tips:
  • You decide which program you will be hooded under. The selection is for your hood Colour only.
  • All Counselling programs (including Forensic Mental Health Counselling, Specialisation in Rehabilitation Counselling and Clinical Mental Health Counselling) will receive a white hood.
    • Select “Counselling” for the white hood.
  • The Sport & Human Performance program hood is sage.
    • Select “Sport & Human Perfm.” for the sage hood.
  • Don’t worry: your dual degree will be announced and recognized in the program at the ceremony.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE THROUGH JOSTENS 

• Order additional products through Jostens My School Store Graduation Products. Note that graduates are responsible for paying for any additional graduation products.
• You may order own custom-made regalia. Use the Fine Quality Regalia tile to order.

ISSUES WITH YOUR REGALIA ORDER SHIPMENT 

• We want you looking and feeling your best on ceremony day! If you have any issues with your regalia shipment, contact Jostens directly at (800) 854-7464.
• Jostens should be able to remedy the situation, either by tracking down your original order or placing another one for you. Please contact Josten’s before ordering another package.

PSI CHI CORDS  

• Members of Psi Chi can choose to pay for and order graduation cords directly from Psi Chi, the International Honours Society of Psychology.
• Please allow at least seven business days for the cords to arrive.
