Emma brings a background in public education and nonprofit leadership, with experience advancing youth development, Enrolment, and community engagement initiatives. Her work is shaped by a deep commitment to expanding access to education, which has guided her career across roles supporting students and families.

At Adler University, she applies this expertise to help prospective students navigate their academic pathways, drawing on her prior experience as a Programme coordinator and Enrolment specialist with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago.
