He is recognized for his focus on clear communication, empathy, and inclusive advising practices that expand access to graduate education in psychology and Counselling.

At Adler University, Fournier serves as an admissions Adviser, collaborating with faculty, operations, and admissions leadership to ensure applicants receive timely and personalized guidance. He plays a key role in reviewing prerequisites, managing advising sessions, and streamlining application workflows to support student success.

Prior to joining Adler, he worked in post-secondary institutions where he advanced student Enrolment efforts and guided applicants navigating academic and immigration requirements. Passionate about equity in education and the success of future mental health professionals, Fournier is dedicated to creating a supportive and welcoming admissions experience.
