Charlene draws on a background in psychology, interpersonal development, and higher education to support students as they explore academic pathways and transition into post-secondary life. Her approach to advising is informed by her own educational journey, which fuels her commitment to easing students’ transitions and connecting them to resources that help them thrive.
With experience in student services, peer engagement, and cross-cultural communication, Charlene works to create inclusive environments where students feel heard and empowered. She is passionate about advancing Adler University’s mission of community well-being, and she strives to guide students toward programs that align with their personal and professional aspirations.
