Tiwade brings over 25 years of experience in enrollment management and student support. She has dedicated her career to guiding individuals through transformative educational journeys. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in clinical psychology—training that she draws upon daily to support students with empathy, clarity, and purpose. Michelle’s work is driven by a deep commitment to educational access and equity.
She believes every applicant should feel informed, empowered, and supported as they explore their academic options and make decisions about their future. Whether through one-on-one conversations or broader strategic efforts, she strives to ensure that each student is seen, heard, and positioned for success.
