Hannah Elgin, MBA, SHRM-SCP, serves as Adler University’s Executive Director of People, Culture, and Equal Opportunity, overseeing HR operations across campuses in Chicago, Vancouver, and online. With a proven record of driving institutional transformation, Hannah leads initiatives in organizational design, policy development, and inclusive hiring, while also managing payroll, benefits, and performance systems. Known for her collaborative leadership and strategic mindset, she champions equity, staff engagement, and operational excellence. Hannah brings deep expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance, and plays a key role on the Senior Leadership Team —ensuring that Adler’s people strategy aligns with its mission and values.
