Nicola Halsall Idehen was most recently the Head of People, Enterprise at Citadel. She was previously the Chief Human Resources Officer at Vistria and the Head of Talent Development at GCM Grosvenor. Prior to that, she was a Director at Management Leadership for Tomorrow and a hedge fund product specialist at Lehman Brothers/Neuberger Berman. Nicola began her career at the JP Morgan Private Bank, where she was a fixed income product specialist for both the discretionary and non-discretionary fixed income businesses.
Nicola received a B.A. in Economics from Yale University and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School. She sits on the Chicago Family Advisory (Leadership) Council for Cradles 2 Crayons. Cradles to Crayons provides children from birth through age 12, living in homeless or low-income situations, with the essential items they need to thrive – at home, at school and at play.
Nicola lives in Chicago with her husband, Francis, and their two sons.
