McGee-Holloway is a psychologist, professor, and wellness coach specializing in holistic approaches to well-being that integrate the mind, body, and spirit. Her expertise includes preventative care and the treatment of depression, trauma, and anxiety, drawing from Adlerian psychology, attachment theory, and positive psychology
At Adler University, she teaches courses in lifespan development, biopsychosocial perspectives, special populations, trauma, and counseling skills. She also facilitates wellness groups and workshops on grief, shame, and life tasks, as well as sessions incorporating meditative yoga and spiritual practices. A certified yoga and Reiki practitioner, McGee-Holloway also engages in public speaking on grief and life tasks.
