The teaching philosophy I follow is deeply student-centric and positions students as the leaders they are. I integrate insights from the initiatives and leadership enablement work conducted through my advisory firm, People Compass, to help students reflect on how academic concepts unfold in real-life professional settings. The aim is for learners to find their unique voices and be ready to make an imprint in the real world in a way that is resonant and meaningful to them. I strongly believe Adler attracts the best in class in terms of mindset and commitment to generating a positive impact.
